CARES ACT COMPLIANCE
Dear Valued Client:
As part of our continued efforts to ensure we have accurate and current information we are seeking to ensure we have current and accurate information concerning the mortgages held by our clients. The CARES Act 30-day requirement remains in place and, while you can still use a regular 5-day non payment of rent notice pursuant to well established Arizona rules, we are obligated to ensure that the writ date is pushed out to at least 30 days from the date of the notice. This obligation will remain until there is a change to the legislation that was enacted in March of 2020.
As such, we ask that you please update us as to the loan status of your property by indicating to our office whether or not your property is covered by the CARES Act. Please feel free to email those answers to our office at
